General Payment Policy
At Anaika Woods, we value transparency and mutual trust in all our business transactions. To ensure smooth operations and timely order processing, the following payment terms apply to all orders unless otherwise stated in a written agreement authorized by Anaika Woods management.
Orders Below €20,000
- For all orders with a total value below €20,000 (twenty thousand euros), full payment (100%) is required in advance.
- Payment must be received and confirmed by Anaika Woods before order processing or production begins.
- Orders will not enter the production queue until full payment is reflected in our account.
3. Orders Above €20,000
- For all orders exceeding €20,000 (twenty thousand euros), the following payment terms apply:
- 50% Advance Payment: Due immediately upon confirmation of the order and issuance of the proforma invoice.
- 50% Balance Payment: Payable after the order has been fully processed and before shipment or delivery.
- The balance must be settled in full prior to dispatch or release of goods from Anaika Woods premises.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include:
- Bank transfer (preferred)
- IBAN Payment
- Certified cheque (subject to clearance)
- Other methods only upon prior written agreement
All payments should be made in EURO (€) to the account details specified on the official invoice issued by Anaika Woods.
Late Payment and Order Delays
- Orders may be delayed or suspended if payments are not received according to these terms.
- Anaika Woods reserves the right to withhold delivery or cancel orders if payment conditions are not met.
- Any late payment may be subject to additional storage, administrative, or financing charges.
Ownership and Risk
- All goods remain the property of Anaika Woods until payment has been received in full.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the order leaves Anaika Woods’ facility.
Amendments
Anaika Woods reserves the right to revise or update these payment terms as necessary. Any such changes will be communicated in writing and will apply to future orders only.
